University of Wisconsin System Administration (UWSA), Division of Continuing Education, Outreach, and E-Learning (CEOEL) searches for opportunities with vendors that can support their current processes and needs for their competency-based education programs. UWSA (CEOEL) has researched software companies to see if they provide specific tools (e.g., communication platforms) that are compatible with the student engagement system being built by the System. UWSA (CEOEL) uses an array of different software and technology providers in order to equip learners with adaptable tools. UWSA (CEOEL) continues to build out student-friendly platforms to allow students to view their academic progress, access multiple software platforms from a single entry point, and more. UWSA (CEOEL)’s goal is to put students’ needs first when choosing and administering their technology and information systems.
