C-BEN’s CompetentU will be a professional development training program designed to help faculty and staff at postsecondary educational institutions become more competent at designing, building, implementing, and scaling high-quality competency-based education offerings.

Learners will be able to enroll in a CBE Curriculum Development Certificate and individual curriculum-focused courses. Learn what CBE is, and master skills in writing competencies, designing assessments, and crafting your CBE instructional experience. Access a proven blueprint for CBE program development, developed by experts in the field.

Additional courses in topics such as financial aid, IT for CBE, business models, faculty and staff workload approaches, quality assurance, and accreditation are also planned.
